WHAT WE OFFER

Immigrant women will benefit from:

  • Training to understand cultural aspects of success in the Canadian workplace
  • Mentorships that will enhance employment networks

  • Educational planning

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK

Individual coaching and group sessions will build on the women’s skills and offer experiential learning opportunities which will strengthen their confidence in exploring the labour market. Mentorship and working one-on-one with a Job Developer will help them identify their unique strengths and align these strengths with a job profile and a suitable employer.
